01 | Nomenclature Typography
2020—2024Nomenclature is the compilation of my forrays into type design over the past 5 years. Today in 2024 I’ve designed 10+ typefaces and built the Nomenclature brand and web experience around it all to communicate them to the world.
02 | EIA AFRICA: GEO-PORTAL
2022—2024I partnered with the environmental NGO Environmental Investigation Agency on this Mapbox based web app designed to track deforestation and illegal logging in two African countries.
03 | Discount Tire
2023
I lead the UI effort for a commplete re-design and overhaul of Discount Tire’s intranet, a complex employee facing application from the 90s known internally as the “KC” (Knowledge Center).
04 | Google
2021—2023While at IBM I was contracted out to one of Google’s internal design teams for to help rethink their performance evaluation process and re-design or design for the first time the tools that would facilitate the biannual evaluation cycles.
05 | New York State Department of Health
2021As a small team of two, and later three, Stanton Ware and I covered all things design on the world’s first official digital Covid credentialing system. We started in New York and the system was quickly extended to Illinois, ultimately dropping out of consciousness as the pandemic was resolved.
